- During stay for 21 hour Houseboat, please note the check in time is 12 noon and check out is 9am. It’s important to understand that late check in won’t affect the check out time.
- If the guest check in exact 12.00pm, then it is possible to cover most of the sightseeing places. If late check in then cruising route will change and it will not be possible to cover all important sightseeing places.
- A/C will function from 09.00 pm to 6.00am only in the bedroom in Deluxe category.
- In Premium and Luxury category AC will be full time in glass covered area. For bigger houseboats such as 3 to 10 bedrooms, in premium category we can provide Ac either in room or living area as required. The Ac in the houseboat will not cool suddenly like in hotels, It can take nearly 30 minutes or 1 hour to get cool. This is to be noted that while the boat is moving it is working on Generator. The breakdown of the A/C may also happen due to the Generator breakdown.
- Houseboats will anchored (cruise stop) from 05.00 pm to 05.30 pm till 7.30 am to 08.00 am. This is in accordance with fishermen to put fishing nets in backwaters and cruising is strictly prohibited as per Govt. regulations. The boat check out point will be the same check in point.
- Package cost will be inclusive of (fixed menu) Lunch, Evening tea snacks, Dinner and Breakfast. All meals are served in the dining area and guests are prohibited to have meals in bedroom or any other area of houseboat.
- Special or additional dishes can be arranged subject to availability against direct payment. Or else you can inform us one day before your travel date so that arrangements can be done.
- Below 5yrs child are complimentary and food will be shared with parents. Parents are solely responsible for the safety of their children during the stay in houseboat.
- Maximum 10.00 pm the guest can stay outside the bedroom (upperdeck or living area) as per Govt. guidelines. After a long working hours the boat staff have only living area to take rest and for the guest safety concern also they are staying in living area.
- There is some rare chance of machinery breakdown while cruising. In that case, we will change/upgrade the houseboat and it depends upon availability.
- The mosquitos and flies (insects) cannot be 100% removed but usage of mosquito repellent can reduce the presence of insects to the lowest.
- Guest are prohibited for self cooking and also entry in Kitchen is restricted on board.
- In any condition or alcohol consumption, misbehaving or misconduct by guests with boat staff is offensive and will be instantly reported to the relevant authorities for immediate action.
- Kindly co-operate with the crew member or boat staff so that they can serve you better.
