Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 7 days before your travel date refund possible in Deluxe bookings with the cancellation fees 1000/- Rupees for Deluxe bookings.
- Cancellation 15 days before your travel date refund possible for premium & Luxury bookings with a cancellation fees of 2000/- Rupees for Premium & 3000/- for Luxury bookings.
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival no refund issued.
- Cancellation due to any calamity or pandemic or in case boat not operating 100% refund.
- Postponing the date is possible before 7 days of arrival and it’s based on availability. If weekends, public holidays or peak dates, the rate will be applicable for those days. Please note once booking has been rescheduled, further rescheduling or refund not possible.
- No refund applied for the cancellation done after the service partially used or trip over.
